Welcome to this summer’s second Monday Night Bites at Dancing Fish Vineyards! We are thrilled to welcome back Chef Graham Gori (Formerly of Portico Latin Bistro in downtown Langley). 

As he prepares to launch his new food truck experience -- Caravan -- (Coming in August), he invites you to a delightful culinary pop-up experience. Enjoy savory dishes on the barn patio and pastoral hills of Dancing Fish Vineyards. Bring your blanket, family and friends, and make it a summer picnic!

Salad of Tart Greens, Watermelon and Arugula with Warm Balsamic Dressing

Romaine, radicchio and red-leaf lettuce accompany watermelon and arugula in this pleasing summer concoction. $7

Sticky Balsamic Ribs

Mouth-watering pork spare ribs marinated in rosemary, garlic, brown sugar and balsamic vinegar served over mashed potatoes. $18

Chicken Cacciatore

Slow-braised “Hunter Style” chicken in sweet pepper tomato sauce over polenta. $18

Peach Crumble

Summer-ripe peaches macerated in sugar and lemon and baked with buttery crumble, served with whipped cream. $7
