Welcome to this summer’s first Monday Night Bites at Dancing Fish Vineyards! We are thrilled to welcome Chef Graham Gori (Formerly of Portico Latin Bistro in downtown Langley). 

As he prepares to launch his new food truck experience -- Caravan -- (Coming in August), he invites you to a delightful culinary pop-up experience. Enjoy small plates on the barn patio and pastoral hills of Dancing Fish Vineyards. Bring your blanket, family and friends, and make it a summer picnic!

Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Fish Sauce Vinaigrette

Oven-roasted crispy sprouts flickering with accents of garlic and chile and balanced with lime and rice vinegar. $7

Asparagus with Miso Dressing

Pan-fried asparagus spears in delicate miso-soy sauce dressed up with fried leek. $7

Sticky Balsamic Ribs

Mouth-watering baby back pork ribs marinated in rosemary, garlic, brown sugar and balsamic vinegar, grilled to a crisp. $12

Thai Style Noodles with Peanut Cucumber Sauce & Shrimp

Super light Thai salad with cucumber, mint, peanuts and cilantro over delicate rice noodles. $12

Summer-ripe peaches macerated in sugar and lemon and baked with buttery crumble, served with whipped cream. $7
