Enjoy a four-course curated dinner with selected wine pairings in our ode to Oystercatcher, its history, and its place in our hearts as a beloved Whidbey Island restaurant.
Communal tables set to be shared and enjoyed with other wine club members. Please let us know if there are others in your party you would like to sit with. Staggered seating will be on the half hour. Please arrive at your appointed reservation time.

1st course
Roasted beet and kohlrabi salad
Coffee roasted beets, pink peppercorn compressed kohlrabi, smoked creme fraiche, mixed greens tossed in champagne vinaigrette
2nd course
Smoked cod cake
Smoked black cod, red onion, and red bell pepper, coated in panko pan fried. Served with caper chive aioli and olive oil dressed sorel microgreens
3rd course
Bone in lamb chop
Frenched Bone in lamb chop, grill seared and rosemary butter basted, lavender butter poached potatoes, roasted carrot, mint gremolata, garlic aioli, and demi
4th course
Caramelized parsnip Brulee
Roasted parsnip sage and hazelnut creme anglais topped with caramelized sugar and orange zest
$150 plus tax per person. Gratuity and wine pairings included.
